Sixty Never Looked So Good...L.F. Jennings Renovates Corporate Office in Honor of their 60th Anniversary

For six decades, L.F. Jennings has been a leader in the construction industry, building mixed-use, office, retail and corporate interior projects throughout the mid-Atlantic.
The firm has remained a constant in an otherwise shifting industry due to a variety of factors. One key to their continued success is embracing a practice of steady yet controlled growth while maintaining a healthy conservative financial status. This practice has allowed L.F. Jennings to weather the changing and often volatile markets and even grow its business during some of the most challenging times in recent memory.
Opening a Central Virginia office in Richmond, VA in 2007 is a testament to their ability to stay fluid and of their continued commitment to the region. Additionally, the establishment of their Corporate Interiors division in 2008 has allowed L.F. Jennings to broaden their offerings to both new and current clients poising themselves as a complete, full-service general contractor.
In an effort to modernize, L.F. Jennings has recently completed a significant renovation of their corporate offices located in Falls Church, VA. The 20,000 square foot space underwent a full reconfiguration. The office layout was altered drastically to allow for an air of transparency throughout the space. The project included a substantial amount of new glass, including three new conference rooms and over 60 offices. The main conference room features a fully retractable glass front which opens to a sleek new tile lobby and reception area.
