L.F. Jennings Creates New Office Environment at Westview Corporate Center

Clarion Partners, LLC has selected General Contractor L.F. Jennings to perform the renovation and repositioning of their Frederick, MD office building known as Westview Corporate Center. Located just off I-85 (Buckeystown Pike) and I-270, the office building resides in the Westview Corporate Park.

As home to a single tenant user for many years, the 220,000 square foot office property is undergoing the conversion to allow for a variety of multi-tenant occupancy solutions. The building is receiving an additional lobby to expand the entrance facilities, and both lobbies will undergo upgrades in the form of stone flooring, millwork and glass curtain walls. The two-story building will also receive new bathrooms, HVAC system and fire alarms.

According to Jeff Black, Vice President of Corporate Interiors for L.F. Jennings, "The renovation is underway and we are excited about the imminent transformation. The renovation will re-establish the building as a dominant office property along the I-270 technology corridor".

Additional Westview team members consist of Akridge property management and architect Morgan Gick McBeath & Associates.
