PROJECT TYPE: 80-acre retail and restaurant power center housing tenants such as Target, Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Applebee's, PETsMART and Bank of America. Aside from construction of the buildings, the project included many changes to the surrounding area, including a merge lane on I-95, widening Garrisonville and Staffordsboro Roads, modifying street intersections, adding a VDOT commuter parking lot, and creating new sidewalks, landscaping and site lighting throughout. The Marketplace is entirely brick/block construction, using elements such as brick, split face block and EIFS facade, canopies and aluminum storefront systems. SQUARE FOOTAGE: 800,000
